Do you deliver?

We offer a delivery service across North Lebanon. Please contact us for a quote as delivery fee differs depending on the location.

Can I collect my order?

All orders are available for collection from Dam w Farez, Tripoli.

Do you accept cash transfers?

We accept money transfers through OMT, Western Union and WHISH. So, if you are residing outside Lebanon and would like to surprise your loved ones with our products, we’ve got your back. Miss no occasion anymore!

How far in advance do I need to book my cake in?

As a small business dedicated to bespoke creations, we recommend ordering your cake as early as possible to secure a booking space. For birthday cakes we suggest pre-ordering at least 3 days prior. For celebration cakes, we suggest ordering at least 1-2 weeks in advance. If you require a last minute order, please let us know and we will do our best to see if it’s possible.

Where can I find your price list?

You can view the price list in our WhatsApp catalogue. Please note that final prices can differ based on the requested design and additional decorative elements such as flowers, cake toppers, candles, edible images etc. So, each cake is given its own price quote. Prices for bigger one-tiered cakes are available upon request.

Do you take customizations?

Yes, we do!

How should our cakes/cupcakes be served?

We recommend eating your cake at room temperature for the BEST flavor and texture, for we want you to indulge in every bite.

So, if you do chill the cake in the fridge after collecting it, give it a couple of hours out of the fridge before eating it until it comes closer to room temperature.

When eaten cold, you really make your taste buds miss out!

If the cake is not going to be directly consumed after being collected for more than 2 hours, please keep it stored in the fridge.

Please use your own discretion if it is a particularly hot day, and do not keep your cake in direct sunlight or intense heat to avoid damage.

How should our cakes/ cupcakes be stored?

We strongly suggest collecting your cake on the day of your event so it is as fresh as possible. Otherwise store it in the fridge overnight if you are eating it the following day. If you plan on keeping your cake or any leftovers, it should keep for up to 5 days in the fridge. Leftovers can also be frozen for up to 5 months.

Allergy information

Please note that all products may contain traces of nuts, including peanuts and hazelnuts, gluten, dairy and eggs so they are not suitable for those with allergies or intolerances.

How should I transport cakes?

Always hold a cake box at the base.

Please do not use ribbons to move the cake box as they are for decoration purposes only.

When transporting cakes in a car:

• Always place a box on an even surface;

• Make sure the cake box is secured;

• Drive carefully and try to avoid bumps in the road;

• Drive with air-condition switched on if possible,

Please note we do not hold responsibility for cakes and other desserts once they are collected so please be careful when transporting them.
